Markham's Bayside terrible to no service and empty promises

<p>Very dissappointed in the service I received from Markham's at Bayside, Table view branch. It has almost been 2 week and no one has phoned me back regarding a quality check from a pair of shoes I bought there last year. The shoes have been pealing off like paper from the suede type of shoe we boaght there last year! First they ignored us, then the staff apparently could not locate the docket for the shoes! Siyanda was the lady who was suppose to help us, well, to this day she has never phoned me back as promised and always has some sort of excuse as to why head office doesn't reply to her emails. I am also going to put this complaint on hellopeter as this matter has still not been resolved.</p>
