Markham online delivery crises

I ordered a few items from markhams online for my husband on the 5th of April 2022 hoping it arrive on the 11th as indicated on the order but am been given running around, whereby consultants say they will do a follow up but never call me back to provide back am always the one that has to call, this is in the second time I come across such last time I was delivered the wrong package and also took forever to get my refund, so u guess I was very wrong to order online again from a TFG store because am always disappointed it's now going to long weekend with no feedback as yet like I regret ever buying online again should have learned from the first time.
