Markham not delivering as promised

After weeks of (personally) calling different Markham stores around the country I finally found what I was looking for at the Markham store at Cresta shopping center in Johannesburg (as it was sold out in most Markham stores). On the 15/12/2017 I went to the nearest Markham store (which is Loch Logan in Bloemfontein) and asked them to order the item (Gold/Beige x-small RAW t-shirt) for me from Cresta. The lady who assisted me at Loch Logan called Cresta and spoke to Mpho who confirmed that the item was available in their store and that he would send it to Loch Logan immediately. On the 18/12/2017 I spoke to Thabo from Loch Logan who informed me that the item was not yet sent to their store as it didn't reflect on their system. I then (personally) called the Markham store in Cresta shopping centre and spoke to Mpho who admitted that he forgot to send it to the Markham store in Loch Logan and promised to send it immediately and he also assured me that I would receive it by the 22/12/2017. Today is the 22/12/2017 and I haven't received the item as promised. When I call both stores no-one knows why I haven't received the item. I really wanted to receive the item before or on the 22/12/2017 as I am leaving Bloemfontein and heading home for the holidays . This upsets me as I have personally made all the efforts in getting the item and when I finally located it Markham failed me.
