Markham N1 City

Yesterday i went to Markham N1 City, and the service i received was highly unprofessional. I wanted to lay-by two jackets that were on sale and the sales staff simply laughed at me. I herd them whispering that this guy would like to lay-by items on sale and then they laughed witch i found to be highly unprofessional. I have previously Lay-by'd Items on sale at Markham's Sanlam center. I lay-by'd shoes and coate's witch were on sale and they didn't seem to have a problem with that. Yesterday I found that Markham's is not consistent in the service they provide to there customers, what happen to (TCF) Treating Customers Fairly. I was highly frustrated and disgusted by the service i received at N1 City Markham. Can someone please clarify this for me, why is it that at Sanlam i was able to lay-by sales Items and at N1 City i was unable too?
