Markham Mall of Africa *********** Staff

Yesterday I went to Markham Mall of Africa, I wanted to buy a gift voucher for someone and then use the voucher to buy a phone. the people in the store said it is not possible and not allowed unless I go to another store to use the voucher. This morning I called customer services and to my surprise, they say it is allowed, Markham should properly train their staff and managers, they could have called customer services while I was still in the store. the other lady walked away and did not even have interest in assisting, this frustration could have been avoided had they called customer services to find out instead of being unsure
