Markham - Mall of Africa - horrible service

As a loyal TFG customer who shop across the board of TFG stores, I am appalled by the customer service at Markham - Mall of Africa on Thursday 24/05/18 at 14:00.

Today was the second time in 3 months that I left the queue waiting to pay for items. There were a bunch of 'sales people' dancing and chatting in the store, ignoring the customers, especially in the shoes department (where assistance is needed most). I eventually managed to track a sales person down to help me with getting the required shoe size. I saw another infuriated customer who got completely ignored by her 'sales person'. We both just rolled our eyes...

I eventually got the shoes I wanted and waited in the check-out queue. The infuriated customer was in-front of me, trying to pay for her shoes, but the person at the register had a problem... After waiting several minutes and being completely ignored I asked if we can speed up the payment process. The lady at check-out asked one of the several 'sales people' to assist me and he just laughed and continued his conversation.

So this is the second time that such rude and unprofessional service has prevented me from purchasing items at Markham - Mall of Africa.

The staff at Markham can learn from visiting Zara, or Topshop who offers a professional service and who's prices are similar to that of Markham.
