Markham Mall@Carnival

I went to buy a cell phone at Mall@Carnival Markham and my ID was taken to the back of the store to get rica'd for almost 10mins.. First question I asked was since when are they doing the Rica at the back they said the store is full..he came back told me to follow him to the middle of the store where he will open my cellphone for activation... In the middle of a full store mind you coz it's black Friday.. First thing I asked was where my ID was.. He said he forgot it, I politely asked him to please fetch my id coz I was never even comfortable with them taking it to the back for so long in the first place.. If anything **********ly happens to my credit score or identity I will hold your store accountable not with all this ***** happening in this country.. We all know that the simcard gets rica'd in front of you...
