Markham is the worst!

I'm living in a nightmare because of these **********, harrassing attorneys. I had an account when I was a student with Markham which I regret tremendously. I paid the account in full at a Markham store at Greenacres shopping mall in Port Elizabeth on the 20th of September 2018. I was given two numbers to call and request a paid up letter. I phoned numerous times with no assistance. I have up and decided to let these companies deal with the issue in their own time. Yesterday 22 May 2019 the harrassment resumed. I received 5 calls from MBD attorneys and none of the people listened to what I was saying, they repeatedly hung up on me. Today 23 May 2019. I received a call from a female representative that finally heard my side and was also confused. She even took the time to contact a supervisor that I sent the proof of payment to. After the phone call she told me that Nomsa (Supervisor) said I must send the proof of payment to: ********** I agreed to do it again but she said before I send anything I must call their customer care on ********** 735. I did and I spoke to a person who claims to be Makoena who told me to I can resend the proof of payment if I want to but they will keep harrassing me until Markham sends them the money that I paid at the store. The emotional abuse and the harrassment that I recieved from both these companies are beyond words. Could someone please advise me on what to do.
