Markham - High price yet poor quality.

I bought a boots from Markham on the 5th of April, I wore the boots a few times and now I notice that the boots is starting to tare at the lace part - this is so ridiculous, the boots is so expensive, and now 3 months time is taring, I really don't understand the poor quality that the shoes are made off, especially if the price of them are so high. I shop at Markham all the time, I love the clothes and the trends that they have - but I am really disappointed with these boots. How am I suppose to wear boots that are opening? I do not expect to pay so much for shoes that only end up lasting for 3 months!
