Markham Feedback that I'm still waiting for
So... I wrote a review about my experience with Markham Mall of the North-Polokwane, and they rep**** on my review asking which branch is was and all those type of things. I responded the same day via Email, to their customer service and I rep**** on Hello Peter.
I did not get any feedback regarding this matter. Making promises you can't keep is a big thing! Or maybe not to Markham Mall of the North- Polokwane.
Would I recommend Markham to anyone? NO! Infact I'll recommend people not to go there!
Maybe the store should just close because it seems like they are struggling to keep their customers satisfied.

this is what you responded to me on the 22nd April:
"I sent an Email to your customer care email address with the information you asked for. Now we'll just see what happens?"
So you never told me what store you were referring too, and unfortunatekly I do not oversee the customer service mail box at the contact centre..
I will escalate this immediately to the Area Manager of the store.
