Markham

I bought a Relay boot by Relay.The boot i bought in the beginning of Winter,after a while the bought tore on both shoes on the same side.The boot was R700.I bought it on account,i lost the slip,but was told by Head Office to take it back,to any store,they could retrieve the slip on the account.Today i went to Markham in Parow Centre and i was told i need to go to the store i bought it at.I couldnt believe it that they said i need to take it back to the store i bought it at.Why should i go to the store im at,as Markham is everwhere,and at other stores you can take it to any branch.I am so dissapointed in Markham,How can they not retrieve the slip from another one of their stores as it all falls under the same Store.The quality of the boot is also pathetic,as i wasted a R700 for a bad quality item.The guy at Markham Parow told me he can see the slip on the system.
