Markham Customer Service (Khululwa) - Excellent Service

Hi Markham,

After receiving terrible service at Markham Secunda, there is a lady by customer service (Khululwa) who is the only person that took my case seriously and went out of her way to ensure I get assistance. The level of service in this country would be outstanding if everyone had the same drive and passion as Khululwa. It was only through her intervention that my situation was addressed and resolved at the store.

Out of every situation there are lessons learnt, so the lesson here is that you (Markham Secunda Mall) must never be too quick to dismiss your customers at the store. If you are unsure of something, rather phone someone like Khululwa who might be more informed in that particular matter. This country would be a far better place if each and every individual goes just one extra mile in their line of duty - just like Khululwa.
