Markham Clothing account!!!

THE CLOTHING ACCOUNT WITH IS THE WORST!!!

Pure advice and bad rating linking with Markham at Calton Centre, I open the at PE Markham in Govern Mbeki, so this was in 2015 I then relocated t Johannesburg and had to use Markham in Calton Centre as my nearest store, in short, during the year 2019 my balance was at R2700 I then confirmed that with a cashier at till and she confirmed that amount I paid the amount using my card to keep the reference and clearly asked the later to close the account, she said yes I will close it, later on, I got an email with a statement, stating I owe Markham amounts for subscriptions which I had no idea of, in short, I paid double the amount because I was told the employee was on hired for a peak season and she is no longer with the store, even now as I speak my account with Markham is paid up but I am afraid I might be in the same situation because of poor customer service and I have not received any communication or paid-up statement (letter).
