MARKHAM CENTURION IS THE WORST RETAILS STORE

I went to the store at about 16:50 on the 04/08/2015 to get change shoes that my brother had purchased for me on my birthday which was on the 01/08/2015. Got to the store and told them I wanted to do an exchange and take a trouser instead of the shoes, I was asked if I had a slip of which I did. I then had to go get the pants, give them the shoes I was changing with the pants I was taking.Alinah took the slip with the shoes and the pants and few minutes later she asked me for a Markham Account Card of which I don't have as I don't have an account with them. And I had explained that the shoes were bought for me by my brother for my birthday, she told me that she has taken the R499 back to the account so she won't be able to do an exchange nor to give me back the shoes that I came with to the store. I asked why did she do that without letting me know hence I had the slip and she said it was a mistake but nothing she can do now. When I requested for the manager she called security for me, I LEFT THE STORE WITH NOTHING,INCLUDING MY SHOES. I FEEL SO HUMILIATED AFTER THE STORE WAS AT FAULT AND HAD NOT OWNED UP FOR THEIR MISTAKE INSTEAD TREATED ME A ******** AND CALLED SECURITY.
