Markham bad service

Went to Markham Germiston on Saturday the 19th of September to buy me and my son cellphones, bought a Hawuei Y6 for myself and to my surprise it had no earphones, decided to ask the guy who was busy with my transaction and he told me it comes with no earphones, well since I don't work there nor know how everything works i left without them, asked my colleagues on Monday morning they told me that there is no such and I should go back to the store, now they give me earphones so what annoys me is they brought the earphones by hand so clearly they mess around with their stock and ***** earphones
