Markham@highveld mall

Hi There

Yesterday we were@markham highveld mall in witbank. The worst branch ever, we got and got stuck in a que of 3 people for over 30 min with no one to help or seemed to have any care what so ever to assist us.

Those small boys working there needs in house training... the was the other one next to me scanning barcodes with a scanner in front of us, the was an error with one of his codes" and he shouted "****" in front of us... so my question is... does this company know that they serving clients or we are regarded as their friends? When I started asking why are not being helped? They were calling me names like "bafo" and this other short lady who was helping when I started being angry demanding help... she called me "brothers"

If I want friends I know were to find them.... at your branches I'm just a client..

If having 3 clients in a que for 30min what happens on weekend when you have 10 customers?? Showly disaster if you can ask me.

As an Ex-Area Manager of a different chain, I'm highly disappointed.... your staff members don't know what they doing there... pure nonsense!

The same guy who was shouting ****... was starring at my wife so mysteriously... basically when my wife elaborated... his eyes were basically saying... "hold your dog"

Markham's store are support because of their quality clothing but your team is destroying your company image.

You must take those boys to "new hire"
