Markham and RAM Couriers
Hi
My name is Paseka Chris Kubu. On the 26/11/2018 i made online purchase 3 items till today i haven't recieve my items. I called numerous time checking my parcel RAM couriers advised me that my address doesn't exist. To my surprise the very same RAM made 3 deliveries previously to the same address with no husyle 2/3 days tops. I called markham online the gave me a ref number to track myself with ram which i did and RAM told me the address is not valid i shuould go back to NEWS 24. Now news24 how did they mix up with my items i dont know. I ran out of patience cos i got 3 calls confirming my delivery will be deliver in 2 days next week now i should get my items on the 18 of dec. We going 4 4 weeks nw. Markham and RAM ussually when the got lost they contact me to ask the where in kagiso............ some is fishing here ******* got my staff. I want management of MARKHAM to iether refund my purchase or bring my staff tuesday before 12 o clock.
Stinking service. Bad service. Poor service. S*#$ service.
I can only imagine how frustrating this is. I'm sorry that you haven't received your items yet and have had to do the follow ups yourself.
