Markham Account

I am a markham card Account holder. I ask them to block my account for time being while I was on unpaid maternity leave. And there after I paid all the areas and my account was updated without credit. I went to the store to unblock it and they needed proof of employment and bank statement. I then submitted my offer letter from work and bank statement. The person on the phone from the costumer service refused to unblock it and she insisted on saying they need the letter that say I’m permanently employed. My offer letter has HR numbers in which they can confirm that. As well they refused to take a payslip.

What is it that needed at markham as proof that you are employed if is not for offer letter, payment slip and 3 months bank statement.
