the calculations are wrong on the statement

I have a credit limit of R500. In April I bought a coffee table worth 2,799.00. I use three vouchers worth 500 + 799 (debit card) + 500 (account) to pay for the table.

In June I got the statement that I need to pay over 600. I told them the calculations are wrong.

I only need to pay R500 in 12 months + charges. On the statement, the installment is 280 per month which doesn't make any sense.
