i opened an new account yesterday by markhan, when i went to collect my card i asked for my free voucher of R1500, So staff member said there are no vouchers, and who told you about free vouchers. so i said , its on the board behind you which is mentioned open an account and Get R1500 vouchers in store.. afterward he told me to come next day. next day i went to store and i spoke to another staff member to help me with same matter. After few minute he referred to me a lady at the desk. after waiting few minutes lady print out vouchers for me, and i got a shocked out of my life, such a big clothing company and part of TFG and such a **** vouchers, *No terms & conditions, no voucher code, no validity. really now!! i asked lady which voucher valid till when, so lady tells me to write **valid till 10 feb 2019 for all vouchers.. It means i must use all voucher in 20 days and my credit limit is R1750 and every voucher got spending over R800 and one voucher is R500 off over R2000 spending and they telling me to spend over R6000 in 20 days to get an advantage of all vouchers. so i said , how can i spend over R6000 when i have credit limit of R1750. funny things they told me that if i have a credit limit then i must pay cash and take advantage of vouchers hahaha so i asked isn't these vouchers works on account????? they sushhhh... and i had to left with such disappointment .. why they cant trained the staff before they hired it.. and customer service so poor that they cant even help with this matter.. it means i have to let go my vouchers according to store staffs.
