Markams King Williams Town has poor service

Markams King Williams Town has poor service I went to apply for a TFG secondary card 3 weeks ago. When I go there to follow up they just gave me a number to call their call centre. I lost so much money buying air time because even when I call the call centre I don't get any help. I'm disappointed
