Locked Accounts

I have initially app**** for the account and provided the 3 months payslips and it was approved, also purchased. It was on my surprise that the account was locked and I needed AGAIN provided 3 payslips. The I received a R200 voucher for apologising for locking the account, so went to attredgeville branch (Pretoria) to cash the voucher as apology acceptance to my surprise the account was still locked, so today I went to Sandton city branch, so I waited more than 30 minutes to be attended. they must bother unlock my account I will just pay and close it.
