Lies about delivery for Markham online store

I bought an item on the 9th of April 2020 online. Fine this during lock down so i was told your delivery shall come through as soon as we move to level 4. Today is the 8th of June 2020, we are in level 3. No delivery, they keep telling me my delivery is on the way. Their service is very disappointing and they seems not to care because they keep telling me there is nothing they can do.
