LETTER OF SETTLEMENG FOR THE PAID MARKHAMS ACOUNT

I am so gisgusted at the service at Markhams,my nephew opened an ac**** in 2016 and sadly he lost his job and his account was handed over to the attornies,my sister which is his mum paid off the account in august 2017 and my nephew requested for a settlement letter,which they never sent to him.Recently he went for an interview and done all the necessities that was required for him to do to get this job,but along the process it appeared that he is still owing Markhams,he told the company that he is not owing Markhams anymore,so the company requested for a letter of settlement,he then went to Markhams he was told that he owes R33 which they call COLLECTION AGENT FEE,he than paid the amount about 4 weeks back and requested for the letter of settlement,he was then given the number of the NOPTORN LIBRIANOS ATTORNIES as they told him his account was handed over,he called the Attornies spoke to Buyi which i bilieve is the attornies PA and told him the money that he paid was reflecting on their side he should get his settlement letter sent to him,but he waited and never recieved any,he went back to Markhams gateway Durban,spoke to the superviser and promised to assist him,but he was never assisted,no letter was sent to him,he has been up and down to Markhams and making fonecalls to the attornies but in no vain,Markhams stated that the attornies should write the settlement letter since his account was handed over,when he calls attornies ,Buyi said they are waiting for TFG to write the letter and than send it to him,or if he calls he will be told the attorney is in court busy he will be contacted back,bt noone calls him back,if he goes to Markhams they say the attornies must write the letter,he has been up an down,and making fonecalls everyday which cost us a lot of money,and it looks like he is going to loose this job opportunity for the account that he paid and closed a long time ago,but Markhams did not close it on their side,this is really pathetic,he is given till monday the 17th to produce this letter at the company that gona employ him othrewise he looses this job opportunities
