Legal or ******* practice?

I have a problem with Markham. Despite the fact that I made a late payment on my account for December, I am not happy with all the extra charges on my account for January. The charges are as follows: R20 for a phone call, R20 for collection fee, R2.80 billed twice for sms's, R358.76 for interest, R31.64 for Account benefits, R3.67 for Account benefit credit insurance and R20 for an email. Is this all LEGAL or not? Please advise. Mr. R.J. Luffin
