Lack of feedback

My previous complaint with regards to Southgate branch. I was contacted by Thabo Tsoai who advised that he is the Regional Manager, he said he will investigate and come back to me with feedback and this was 2 weeks ago and guess what I am still waiting. I did not log this complaint just for the fun on it, i am serious about it and want to take it even higher as your \Senior"cannot even close the loop with a client. Can someone senior than Mr Tsoai handle this??? The service I got from Lebo at your Southgate branch was shocking !!! """
