Invalid entry

I was announced as the R1000 winner for the 3rd November 2015, my name was posted on their Facebook web page and I also got email to confirm the winning. Yesterday I decided to go redeem my winning only to be told that the staff doesn't know about this competition, the store manager was very helpful. I had to wait for 3 hrs still no joy from that ... I felt like a common ******** who was just trying to de***** the store. Till now I'm waiting for the response and it's my birthday today by the way. Really amazed my the level of how clients are treated by you guys! I still can't redeem the voucher
