Interest being charged
I have a Markham account and I am being charged interest however I requested for my account to be on a 6 month plan. Why is this the case? I am afraid to purchase anymore as I do not want to incur any more interest, I have requested for someone to call back on the website no one has called back. My email address is *** and contact number is ***

I phoned customer services and spoke to a lady named Lettie who has assisted me and advised me that my account was never changed to a 6 month however I did go to the Pavilion store on 29/06/2020 and requested for it to be done. The staff did call customer service. I had to be charged interest all these months for all the inconvenience. When I did go in store I was told that I pay late. Due to this I pay extra. TFG group has always given me such a hassle to not getting my vouchers when I initially opened my account to now being charged interest
