I BOUGHT NOKIA LUMIA 520 on THE 27 th sep 2014 at Markham branch 427and i took an insurance but they didn't have a book(CELLULAR INSURANCE POLICY SCHEDULE)<br> <br> I was sent to branch 020429 Fleurdal and thats where I completed paperwork and few days later some guy phoned me asking if I'm not interested in insuring the very same phone and my answer to him was that I already done papers at the store bt he also can ensure that my phone is insured <br> <br> After purchasing the phone, I just gave it to the person whom I bought for and it totally got off my mind that i have bought such phone until few days back when i come across the box.<br> <br> I found paperwork in the box and that triggered my mind, i went to the store to find out if the insurance is still valid and was told it doesn't show any records of the phone being insured and i told them i want my phone insured because its not my fault and I don't have a prove that paperwork was faxed through to the relevant department.<br> <br> My wife still have the phone and i still want it insured, how the group activate it, its up to you guys but i want that phone insured immediately!<br> <br> And please be kind the rectify the mistake that was done at the store, The phone
