Insulted by a Cashier

about 2 weeks go i went to Markhams Store to return an item and i was insulted by a cashier by the name od Kgaugelo ,i spoke to her Manager Thenjiwe who assured me that disciplinary actions will be taken and she will call me even today i dint get a call so it means it is Markhams culture to insult customers ?
