Incorrect information on my ITC profile & bad services
Markham listed a wrong credit limit on my ITC profile and is affecting my credit rating, I sent them an email and I haven't received any response I called them 2 times and the consultant said she is escalating my query and that supervisors are unavailable to assist I have never received any call back, all I need is simple for them to send an update to the credit bureaus and update my credit limit from R14400 to the correct figure R3200 as soon as possible.
