*********** staff & Bad service

I bought a sport scene and it was faulty, they took it back and refunded the money back into my account since they ddnt have any stock but the Markhams in Parow had the phone available, the shop assist at the store adviced there won't be a need for me to cancel insurance as they'll do a swap for the IMEI Numbers to the current phone I was about to buy, @Markhams I got the phone, signed papers but lost the insurance paperwork earlier this year and so I had an insurance clailm since my phone was damaged, I was In utter shock that it's 14months later th store never the IMEI numbers to the phone I had causing a back n forth between the stores and relentless efforts to find out what was really going on it's 6 weeks later and I haven't still received my phone back every time I phone the person that was dealing with the matter keeps telling me they are waiting on courier services the phone is at the store what makes this worse is that on the link I got it shows my insurance claim was canceled, which is not true I'm furious right now I've been without a phone for, 6 weeks and still getting inconsistent stories from the shop, this is the last time I'm having problems with incomplete staff from TFG stores they need to fix this or I'll close my account
