*********** Markham manager, Nokia C10

I'm so so furious to an extreme level,I've never seen such *********** manager.I bought a phone at Markham on the 20th of November...A Nokia C10.people I've never been so ****ed in my life,First of all they knew that this phone is nonsense,The phone is not working,it doesn't show when it's ringing you can't answer it,Its so impossible for it to type a massage the keyboard disappears while you busy typing,it's extremely slow,...So I've been busy couldn't take it back to the shop within 7days,That they say.Until I checked on the Nokia page on Facebook only to find out, every person who bought this NOKIA C10 have the same problem and they're taking it back,Phone is still new with no crack ,it's 11 days old,I went there at Markham Sam Ntuli Mall.I tried to explain to the manager that the phone is not broken or anything,but the software is extremely messed up,He insisted it should be taking for repairs,But what repairs cause it's not broken...I've never seen such an *********** manager,He can't even listen ,when you talking to him he is talking to his staff making a mockery,I want my money or another phone because y'all people know very well that a Nokia C10 has issues but you busy selling it to people and forcing this nonsense down our throats.
