I have had a account with Markham previously, which was handed over to a 3rd Party collections company (CCS), they contacted me and we agreed on a amount and payment arrangement. A gentlemen by the of Philani Madondo, sent me the email confirming our payment arrangement and how long it would take to pay off the account. As per his email, it stated that I would conclude my payment by the 25th of July 2021. I have not missed any payments from the beginning of the arrangement. After paying off the account, I called into CCS and requested that they provide me with a paid up later, that wasn't done till to date. In fact whats happening, is me receiving Sms's, Calls & Emails from CCS stating that I don't have a payment arrangement and I still owe the account. I called in again last week requesting for clarity, they advised that Markhams states that the account isn't fully paid off, Markhams provided them with an incorrect amount when they took over the account. Its not my fault that Markhams and CCS gave each other the incorrect amounts, I agreed to pay back what you guys stated I owed and I have that information on my email, fix your mess, I'm not willing to pay anything more, I would like my paid up letter and we can conclude this relationship.
