Incompenant staff
I been retreanch I submitted all my documents, and I have retrenchment policy on my account and a payment protection plan I was so excited and very grateful towards there speedy work and approval of my policy as the insurance cover my account for 6mths last month on the 12th they paid my installment, I recieved an email to say my account is in arears for late payments how the hell can they sent me a message to say they will add a penalty wen this is a insurance claim, tfg u staff is equip to do the job and hey are not professional enough get other staff to do a better job realy ur agents at head office are incompenant staff
