I want my phone bac****

Hi I dropped my phone for repair (after only 3 month of use) on the 25/10/2017 for repair as the phone just died. The phone is a Nokia 3, I bought from Markham store in blue route Mall in Tokai, Cape town. The sales man assured me I would get my phone back at the latest by the 17/11/2017. In the mean time no temporary phone was given to me. I had to get a broken phone to use praying for the repair to be done quickly.... but still nothing!!! I went back to the store to query about it a couple of days ago and was only told to wait and they will call me. I didn't want to push as I was told when I dropped the phone that I should wait until the 17/11. Today is the 20th of November and still no calls from the store. I went there to query, the sale man called their repair centre and apparently there is no trace of my phone!!!! Is this a joke?????? After waiting for this long I am told they don't know where my phone is??????? A phone that I pay with MY MONEY and my ACCOUNT IS BEING DEDUCTED EVERY SINGLE MONTH FOR THAT PHONE and you are telling me you don't know where the phone is?????? What a poor customer service at that store!!!!! I am really disgusted! !! Would I have to come to your store so you could query about the whereabouts of my phone??? Why telling me to wait for your "call" when the phone is nowhere to be found????? You don't know how many important calls I missed because of you!!!! I want my phone back or else you must provide me with a temporary phone or else REFUND MY ****** MONEY!!!!!! I HAVE ENOUGH OF YOUR NONSENSE! !!!!!
