I ordered items on Markham's website, then last week, I received the OTP number from them telling me that my parcels are ready for collection so today when I arrived at their store, they telling me that they can't find my parcels and they even have the audacity to tell me that they can't do anything to help me.. They said I must call their customer service since it is a personal issue
