I am very dissappointed

I went to Markhams in Clearwater and received the worst service from both the floor staff and the teller, I enquired regarding a purchase of the Parka Hem Hoodie (Grey in colour) both the attendance refused to let me purchase the hoodie off the manikin saying that it is on promotion of which I understood but they were not even willing to contact any other branches. I took the initiative to contact the Cresta branch to enquire about purchasing off the manikin and to enquire if they had any in stock, the lady told me that I could book the one on the manikin and leave my number with the teller so that they can contact me once the hoodie is out of promotion. I went back to the shop (Clearwater Markhams ) to ask them to book it for me and the teller looked at me and laughed while saying that she is booking it for someone else, so I asked her if she could contact that person to find out if they were still interested so that I could be put on and she just laughed at me and told me to leave the line as there are other people in the line that she wants to assist. <br> <br> I am still interested in the hoodie hence why am complaining and am dissatisfied in the service.
