How Markham can ***** from you

1. I discovered that Markham has all along been charging me TFG Escapes (R25.90) and ACC BENEFITS (R31.36), and ACC BEN CREDIT (R3.64). Markham Mall of Africa and Markham Sunnyside explained that they were magazines subscriptions. Hold on Markham!! But I never requested/subscribed for these magazines so why are you charging me for services never requested? Basically your are *****ing from me!!! 2. I have NEVER EVER received the said magazines at my address which you have in your system, I verified this at Mall of Africa on 3 October 2017 between 12:35pm and 1:30pm. So how do you charge me for magazines I never received? All these months you were basically ripping me off. 3. You call center agents are rude, impolite and arrogant (there is one called Felicia). 4. I requested a cancellation of your unauthorized magazine subscriptions. I hope Zaldih I spoke to has done the cancellation as I requested on 3 October 2017. 5. Please REFUND ME all the monies for ALL the unauthorized subscriptions I have paid so far. If you do not that is the end of business between u and me. 6. Your unsolicited automated calls are irritating, time wasting and very disturbing. I don"t need them please!!
