Horrific Service

I am absolutely appalled and disgusted by both the MBD Attorneys Incorporated & The Foschini Group at large. I paid off my account with Markham in-store and they had been taking my money without fail. I then learnt that they had sold the account to MBD whom expected me to still pay the outstanding amount on their end after Markham had taken money from me. I honestly do not understand how one gets to pay for the same thing twice, it shocks me. Then you find a MBD people that have the most appalling rude call centre agents that lack soft s****s and people s****s so are their receptionists (Gugu) by the way, it as if their hearts were made of steel, no compassion whatsoever when speaking to someone. They do not know what customer service is. I am struggling to get my paid up letter from MBD after they had been hounding and hounding me to pay up. I am finally done with the account now they cannot pick up anything under my ID Number, what nonsense is that? The account still reflects under my name on ITC and they are very nonchalant about not wanting to help, its horrific. One would wonder how they stood the test of time in business with such demeanor.
