HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM MARKHAM STAFF AND BASH

Horrible service from Markham and Bash

My order has been missing for three weeks, I called into the couriers after two weeks of silence and was assisted by Megan from RAM who sent communication back to Bash for the order to be found with a shoe missing

It was sent back to Cape Town after that intervention Communication was sent to that it was received at Markham Centurion Mall

when I got to the store No such order could be found despite cofnriming that the order had arrived and was in store

Nobody from the staff to the managers and the managers off duty could assist.

They made me wait for an hour whilst attempting to find no suitable solution, only to be told that they will investigate and that I should just lay a complaint

I do not have my money back nor do I have my order in

This is a full month in.

Horrible service all round with no satisfactory solution for the customer
