HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM BASH ADN MARKHAM

Order from Bash was received at Centurion Mall and collected by somebody else. I still have the OTP and the email, confirmation and no parcel. When I enquire with the manager at thestore, they hang the phone in my ear. Nobody can explain to me where the parcel is.
