Horrible service from a manager

I received horrible service from a manager Called Julia at Markham in Menlyn. Is it how. You train them to treat customers? I was there to do an exchange for damaged item which I bought a week ago. She said she can't help me and walked away. I'm very disappointed with Markham. I will have to shop somewhere because of the experience I had.
