Horrible experience with Markham Pretoria Sammy Marks Square

I write this review with a heavy heart, I am truly disappointed with the service I have received at one of your stores - Markham ( Sammy Marks Square) in Pretoria.

I purchased a blue Jean (size 30) literally yesterday (06/09/22, at 17:09) unfortunately I did not fit it and when I got home after removing the price tag and trying it on I realised that I doesn’t fit instead I should have went for size 32. Today ( 07/09/22, around 17:00 after work) I went to the same store for an exchange (with my slip) only to be told that the Jean looks worn, the quality is not the same and they won’t exchange it, rather I sell it to someone else. This made me wonder about the quality of clothes Markham is selling and the people the store has employed.
