Horrible Customer service from Markham/Vodacom

I bought a Huawei 91 on March 28, 2025, on a Vodacom line, and it's hardly been a month since it started losing network every day. I returned the phone on 12 June 2025 since it is still on warranty and is insured with Reference Number: VTG003036.The technician at the store discovered the starter pack tray had been loose, hence the network problems, and I kept on losing important numbers and WhatsApp messages.
