I went to Markham Tygervalley and decided to buy a pair of socks. I paid for these from the store manager Sam Naicker (who, from the start made me feel very uncomfortable asking whether the card was mine and proceeded quizzing me on my personal details to verify saying that the system “asked” her to) - I was not once greeted or thanked or smiled at or shown the common curtesy one would expect.

Sam’s patronizing attitude, illogical reasoning and overall horrible customer service has made me regret opening an account with TFG. I asked her for the customer service number and she said “We’re not allowed to give out numbers but you can call them if you want to, check on-line”

I left thinking, how could someone this untrained/untrainable hold a managerial post. I was however able to get the name of the area manager Eileen.
