Hisense cellphone. Don't buy

I bought a phone from them and it's barely 2 weeks old. The phone's earpiece works when it wants. I have brought this to the shops attention and apparently they have a 7 day return policy that isn't writ anyway or told to the customer upon purchase. The response I got was my query has been resolved and yet noone from the shop has called me. Really unprofessional and not a good way to do business.
