Harassment From Markham

My name is Zama Dhlamini I have a problem hoping you can assist me with, last year 2020 in July I lost my job (retrenched)i then went to Markham to submit all the documents stating that I am no longer working. But instead they were always calling me telling me to pay and I was telling them that I told you guys that I was retrenched they kept on calling me I ended up blocking their number

Then on 2021 February I got a new job and I decided to call them (Markham) I told them that I got a new job now I can pay you but not the amount I use to pay because now I'm not getting the same amount I use to get, then we agreed that I must pay R460 every month but I decided to push and paid them R600 a month ever since. But still they still calling me threatening me that they going to put me on credit bureau I told them that the amount that I'm paying that's the Amount I can afford but still they don't care

I now thinking of leaving this installment because I keep on paying but no results and I feel harassed by them please assist on this matter what must I do
