I would like to compliment Mr Lebo Kgaladi from Maponya Markhams. we popped in after looking to buy a cellphone and we were refered to him so he can give us more information on the handset I was looking to buy. what took me was the tenacity he had and the joy he exuded when he was doing his job. he went on to give us information on all the phones we were inquiring about and explained thoroughly so we could understand and thus make a sound decision on the handset compatible to my lifestyle . he went the extra being oblivious that the shop was closed and we were still inside. he was patient and not in a hurry to brush our conversation. its the first time ive experienced such good service from a retail shop and I feel Mr Kgaladi should be praised for the sterling work he did im a very customer who got what she wanted .he is indeed the perfect example of what a customer services officer should be. please do something nice for him just to make him feel appreciated TFG group. if this is the type of people you employ to service us you are definitely on the right track.<br> <br> thank you
