Great service received from Ronald
<p>After my previous complaint I handed the phone in on 20/1 for repair at Markham's wondepark mall. The manager Ronald assisted us . He was very helpful and apologised for the service we got from Foschini. He called us on the 1/2 to say the phone was repaired. We fetched it on the 2/2 and again Ronald was very helpful and friendly and once again apologised for Foschini. I would just like to thank Ronald for his awesome service and going the extra mile to get my phone back to me in working condition! </p>
